Eutopia is a wellbeing and community hub based in West London.
We deliver community workshops and workplace wellbeing programmes designed to help people connect, learn, and grow.
Our community workshops provide opportunities to develop practical wellbeing skills, explore creativity, meet new people, and build confidence in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We believe everyone should feel welcome. Our workshops are open to people from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, and we are committed to creating inclusive spaces where everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Many of our workshops are free to attend, helping make wellbeing support accessible to as many people as possible.
Before Eutopia, Nick and Shay were simply two friends having honest conversations about life.
Like many people, both had experienced periods of stress, uncertainty, change and isolation. Through sharing their experiences, they discovered something important: connection matters.
Those conversations sparked an idea.
What if there were more welcoming spaces where people could come together, learn useful skills, share experiences and feel part of something positive?
Over the years, both Nick and Shay explored a range of personal development, wellbeing and therapeutic approaches that helped them navigate life’s challenges. Eutopia was created to share some of those opportunities with others.
We don’t believe there is a single answer that works for everyone. Instead, we aim to provide supportive environments where people can explore new ideas, discover practical tools and find approaches that work for them.
At its heart, Eutopia is about people, connection and community.

Co-Founder and Director
Shay’s path to Eutopia began through his own experiences of life’s challenges and the personal growth that often comes from navigating them.
With a background in technology and business, Shay brings both practical thinking and a genuine interest in understanding people. Over the years, he has explored a range of wellbeing and personal development approaches that have helped him build resilience, perspective and a stronger sense of purpose.
Through Eutopia, Shay hopes to help create the kind of welcoming community spaces that many people wish existed when they needed them most.
He believes that connection, kindness and shared experiences can make a real difference to people’s lives.
