FREE WELLBEING EXPERIENCE IN HAMMERSMITH | TUESDAY

FREE WELLBEING EXPERIENCE IN HAMMERSMITH | TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER 2026.

Hi everyone. I’m Nick, a lifelong Hammersmith & Fulham resident and co-founder of Eutopia CIC.

Following on from the success of our recent workshops, Tuesday September 8th at midday we will again be running our free, friendly, practical wellbeing workshop at Dorset Wharf Community Centre in Hammersmith for anyone who feels stressed, overloaded or simply wants to learn a few ways to feel calmer.

It isn’t a lecture and no previous experience is needed. We’ll be using straightforward breathing, gentle movement and guided relaxation techniques that people can continue using at home.

Please Note - This is a quiet experience with periods of silence.

We still have some spaces available and would really appreciate your support in helping us get this new local community project established.

You can book your free place using the link below:

On 25 August, we held our very first Eutopia wellbeing workshop.

It was a meaningful afternoon filled with conversation, reflection and connection. We introduced participants to practical approaches they can use to support their emotional wellbeing in everyday life, within a warm and welcoming space.

We were delighted by the positive feedback we received, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make our first workshop so special.

This is only the beginning. We look forward to creating more affordable and accessible opportunities for people to connect, learn and support their wellbeing.

Here are a few moments from the day.

Hi, I’m Shay 👋

I’m one of the founders of Eutopia Wellbeing CIC, which I’m incredibly proud to be building alongside Nick.

We created Eutopia because we believe that good mental health support should be accessible, welcoming and rooted in the community. We want to create spaces where people can connect, talk openly and feel supported, whatever their circumstances.

My own experiences of life’s challenges have shaped my interest in wellbeing, personal development and understanding people. With a background in technology and business, I bring a practical way of thinking alongside a genuine passion for creating welcoming spaces where people can connect and support one another.

I’m really looking forward to helping Eutopia grow and reach more people in our community.

This is just the beginning, and I’m really excited about what we’re building together. 💚
